For healthy weight gain, it is important to mix variety of foods so that maximum nutrition can be given even in smaller quantities. Include fat and protein rich foods like potato, rice, pumpkin, sweet potato, eggs, chicken, fish, legumes, ghee, milkshakes with dry fruits, banana, avocado and 750-850 ml milk everyday. Feed 3 main meals and 2-3 times healthy snacks including variety of fluids.
