For FEVER as well as PAIN kindly give paracetamol according to the weight of child as well as according to the power of paracetamol medicine you are having and paracetamol can be given maximum 4 times per day and also do body sponge to decrease the surface temperature. Also when u take temperature in the armpit of the child and it is 100 or more then only consider it as fever and give Paracetamol. higher medicines for fever like ibugesic and mefenamic has to be given only after medical consultation

NikithaMom of a 10 yr 11 m old boy4 years agoA. hello you can put your child paracetamol like calpol but in regards to the dosage it is better to check with your doctor and your doctor will be able to guide you better on examination of the same and advise you accordingly as it depends on the baby weight
