Q.

hi sir my 6 yrs daughter has got fever from 2 days. I gave syrup. but now there s no fever. but yesterday night she got shevering for 15 minutes after that it stopped . what s the reason sir

A. I there anything to worry is it cause anything affect.

A. I think so it has become overdose... now she s not having shevering but what I should do now sir

A. the first medicine will always be paracetamol and it is given according to weight and power of paracetamol medicine you are having. give liquids and easily digestible food and paracetamol should be given only after food. keep the child in cool environment and avoid using woolen clothes when the child is having fever armpit temperature of hudndred or more is considered as fever to body sponge to decrease the surface temperature and should be carried out for at least 20 minutes with normal dtemperature water. higher medicines whether required or not will be told by the doctor.
