Apply calamine lotion onto that Particular area it He specifically for heat rashes only so you can start applying that in times in a day and if you get better very well and good otherwise if express or doesn’t come in control then you should consult a paediatrician

A. it can be heat rashes. apply mamaearth dusting powder that is talc free and saves kids skin.
