hii sir my baby is 27 days old he s popping 20-30 times a day...tht too watery ...is it common

Dear mother initially it is a normal that is when baby is a four or five days but at this stage if baby is continuously passing watery motion it is not good it can lead to dehydration so without further more delay get an observation from the doctor and get the prescribed medicine started as a feeding mother keep your diet light and healthy and keep feeding at regular intervals so that to maintain hydrationWrite Your Answer Here
