hii sir/mam my is 1yr and 3month old frm today mrng she was cold and little bit cough but no fever can u plz suggest wht shuld I give to her as I don't want her cold and cough to get worst becoz we live in kashmir and here winter is coming so I want her to get better as my pediatrician Is nt available....... and one more thing I want to ask in general is I just speak in English language with my daughter she is picking up some words but she is saying some words in urdu which r clear then English as in our home our first language is English but we speak urdu with our helpers she picking up these words more quickly I m surprised plz suggest wht shuld I do ..... hw shuld I taught her English language.....
