hii sir im having high blood pressure my bp level is 170 175 sir how to lower down my bp plz suggest and sometimes there is very pain in my headache

A. If you are pregnant and if you’re having severe headache or if you’re not pregnant and still having severe headache due to blood pressure then you have to consult your physician immediately and if required they will admit you.
