There is no need if you make your child sleep properly then there is no need of using all these gears unnecessarily one time we should make your child on the right side second time left side third time at the back and repeat the same most of the parents make their kids sleep in one position all the time that is why the head becomes flat so there is no need to use any of these gears if you keep changing the position
