Hii Parents, Please help me ,my baby is 1 year 2 month ,she don't want water to drink only brestmilk milk when ever she is thirsty. I have tried with many sipper bottles. But she refuses. You u help what to do...... please

ExpertVandana SharmaNutritionist5 days agoA. Namaste Mom, You need to get firm and not give in to their demands for this specially, include other fluids such coconut water, juicy fruits , butter milk , dals, etc

You can give butter milk and coconut water also that would also be a very good option to be given but in moderation buttermilk you can give twice or thrice in a day it’s very healthy ahead of this you have to convince your child to have water and nothing else because you cannot substitute breastfeeding the child will get more addicted to the feed that you provide
