Give your child a well balanced healthy diet that includes green leafy vegetables, seasonal fruits and vegetables, ragi. Keep your baby hydrated all through the day while feeding solids. Continue breastfeeding. Get your baby personally examined by your doctor for any vitamin deficiency.
