Hii ... my name is Ritika ... my baby is 3 months old and i think that my milk supply is reduced .. i don't know the reason... would you help me and tell me what should I take to increase the milk supply

ExpertDr. Mohammed imranPaediatrician4 years agoA. hi parent take lactare tablets and galact granules add oats and meat in the diet add more Fluids to your diet to boost lactation latch often if the breast milk is not sufficient give formula feed

Fenugreek Capsule you can try because they are supposed to be good for increasing the breastfeeding so you can definitely try eating them if they help you in increasing your breast feed then that’s very good otherwise you will have to stick to formula feeding for the child
