Q.
Hii, my last menstruation is on 19march and I knew my pregnancy on 27april. Its my 2nd pregnancy and I am 8week pregnant. today I have done 1st ultrasound but baby heartbeat doesn't come. doctor said wait for 10days. we will rescan after 10days. I am worried please tell me will the baby's heartbeat come after some days or not ????

In my 1st pregnancy I knew the positive news in 2days after period date. and this time 1st I checked after 4 days of period date but it comes negative then again I checked after 5days then it comes positive. I have attached my gynaecologist written ultrasound report.
