Hii my kid is 4 year 4 mnth old. He is suffering from fever from last 2 days and having bad mouth smell. After giving crocin he is fine for 6-7 hour but after 7 hrs fever naturally comes in . What is the basic reason

There is a reason without an assessment that I can tell you but yes right now due to sudden change in weather and due to heat also kill people getting fever is the nature of fever to repeat like this but it’s also true that if the fever doesn’t subside within 72 hours it’s not a normal fever so just see if the 72 hours have passed you better consult the doctor once
