hii ! my kid is 3 years 1month old he has constipation,i gave him vegetative diet n in fruits payapa n kiwi but still he is suffering from constipation.last week when he pass the hard stool it has blood in it.kindly suggest me.thankyou

Sometimes even despite of best of diet kids can have constipation i understand your concern so I’ll tell you three things please do that religiously start the day with a glass of warm water where you make your child sit in Malaasan and make it a practice without fail and make your child have warm water in this position second apply castor oil in the naval before sleeping and give prune juice before sleeping
