Q.

hii.. my daughter's age is 4year 3m she is having cough... severe during night time. She is taking montelukast sodium & levocetirizine dihydrochloride syp Montovent -LC kid & Cefpodoxime proxetil & potassium Clavulanate..... ie FERPOD CV... PLS SUGGEST AS SHE IS HAVING SEVERE COUGH DURING NIGHT TYM

A. this can be due to allergic bronchitis better to continue the same medication Cold and cough in small babies are because of viral infections you have to treat them symptomatically with steam inhalation and saline drops in the nose of the baby e they will subside generally in a week's time

A. Hello ma’am Before your child goes to sleep if you start nebulising the child as well I think the results are going to be better because when there is severe condition the doctors do advise that you should go ahead with giving nebulisation to the child
