is levocetrizine dihydrochloride and montelukast sodium suspension syrup anti allergic medicine?can I give it to cough which occurs only in sleeping

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 7 m old boy1 Year agoA. they help in decreasing allergy as well as cold but it would not be advisable to start the medicine because this medicine needs to be given for minimum of 15 days for proper effect
