Q.

Hii my daughter is 8 years old.she’s very active but she often feels tiredness and frequently complains about leg pain.what kinds of foods should I include more in her diet and should I give her any supplements?

A. The leg pain could also be associated with growth pain which is common in this state so you should start with calcium and vitamin D after consulting your doctor and get your child physically more active into some sports with which the overall growth health and height and the energy and stamina will also increase in terms of food with regular food try and give more of proteins in the diet
