hii my daughter is 6 weeks old now she is having fever due to vaccination ..how much quantity of paracetamol oral suspension i should give her?? please help..

DR SHIWAJIRAO PATILGuardian of 2 children4 years agoA. Hello, your baby girl is 6 weeks old and she has received a vaccinations at 45 days and she has a fever so give her 10 drops of paracetamol three times a day
