#asktheexperts My baby is 6 weeks old and after vaccination she keep on crying of pain but no fever. Do I need to give paracetamol to her?

A. Hundred percent always you can give paracetamol right after the vaccination fever or no fever because pain is also there and also keep ice cube on the vaccination site because that is going to help in reducing the swelling over the period
