Q.

Hii my daughter is 2months old and I am giving her breastfeed only but my relatives say that I must go for formula once or twice a day, else she will not pick bottle after 6months and will feel hungry as breastfeed won't be enough to relax her hunger. What should be the right step towards it?

A. Dear mum, the right way would be to exclusively breastfeed your baby till 6 months complete. Breast milk is most nutritious and nature’s complete food for baby till 6 months. You should avoid giving formula and bottle feeding. Even after 6 months, you should continue to breastfeed.
