Hii my daughter is 1 year old she is not appetite totally she denied food totally I gave her cypon drop 0.5 ml but it's not work please suggest me some other medicine for her.

A. Thenaai would suggest you to start with an iron supplement because in lot of cases due to deficiency of iron also the appetite of the child and get affected Tulsi if that is going to help others are have seen that walking with lot of kids so believe iron supplement is going to be helpful
