Q.

hii.. my daughter fall sick very frequently it may b of low immunity she always left her food.... what should i do ?????

A. dear mum, to increase your child's immunity, balanced homemade diet is the best. Child's daily diet should have grains, millets. proteins like pulses/non veg, egg, dry fruits, nuts. seasonal vegetables, green leafy vegetables and fruits are important. curd, mint, turmeric, ginger should be included.
