Hii my baby was having loose motion from 7 days no medicine work till now and now she is having even cold and cough today morning baby went for loose motion that was yellow color and now my went went for loose motions in dark green colour what is this i have tried syrup and zeeflora sachet but no medicine is working please help I'm scared of this will it go by it's own please help me

A. Start giving enterogermina to the child twice a day for 3 days and later Zinconia syrup can ge started and stop giving milk and foods like Upma poha khichdi curd rice can be given
