AbhayaMom of a 15 yr 10 m old boy4 years agoA. Hi mom. These are heat rashes on the neck. Keep the skin clean and dry and make your baby wear loose comfortable clothes in summers to avoid sweating and heat. Apply himalya prickly heat powder on the neck. This will help to give relief. Take care
