Hii, My baby is many a times constipated... Someone suggested me to give dabur(janam ghutti) for the relief from constipation. The results r effective.... Just want is it safe.... It is an ayurvedic medicine... Also want to know about gripe water... Is it safe. The gripe water ingredients r too harmful
