hii my baby is 4 yrs but why he is not interacting with any one???

A. he is intacting with us but not used full sentences only name of that object .is it speech delay.?how long time required to solve this

A. So what exactly is the problem is it your child interacting with you also is Ojha able to speak and understand every thing can you please give me a clarity on the question otherwise in this case I would use to advise you to talk to a child counsellor once
