Hii..my baby is 3 weeks old and her stomach becomes hard like rock at times..doctor said its because of gas..and while passing stool also there is a lot of gas and she's crying alot..can you please give some remedies for this

A. the baby is only 3 weeks of age it is quite natural that babies will be having lot of gas because of different reasons you can use colimex DF drops to the baby e 0.4 ml three times a day regularly
