Hii my baby is 3 months old and at times he is not taking feed properly so I'm expressing my milk and feeding him but I can only express 25ml of milk from two breasts at a time..is my milk supply is low? how can I increase my milk supply?

ExpertVandana SharmaNutritionist2 years agoA. Hello mom could possibly be .. how is the baby weight gain progress been off late . As monthly gain between the range of 300 gm to 1 kg and by the age of 4 to 6 months they would almost double their birth weight You can take foods such as garlic , flax seeds , oats , milk, dry fruits , drumstick leaves, fenugreek leaves, also panjiri , jeera , ajwain or saunf water etc would help to enhance the milk production
