Loose motion are most of the time infective where it is associated with fever and vomiting and its known gas gastroenteritis where symptomatic treatment along with management for dehydration is required if loose motions are associated with foul hsmell mucous high grade fever than it could be bacterial infection which needs antibiotics treatment

keep her well hydrated by giving her breast milk Every two hours and as per her demand
