Hii my baby is 24months old and has not gained weight after 12months , her weight was 11kgs at 12 months &12kg at 14 months , her weight declined to 10kg when she had gastro during her 15 months , gained only 1kg after that. Is 11kg weight for a 24months the good weight? Is she underweight?

ExpertVandana SharmaNutritionist2 years agoA. Hello mom he is approximately fine for his age as far as he is eating healthy balanced diet and is also active for his age as well, a little variation is acceptable .
You can give the child dry fruits and nuts, seasonal fruits and vegetables, also whole grains and cereals , different variety of dals as well, also you can give eggs if preferred, panner , ghee , milk etc
