hii my baby is 18 months old now I started weaning the milk and my breasts became very hard and its paining hardly so shall I take acecloplus to reduce the pain pls suggest me and pls let me know how many days it will take time to get normal again

no,you can not take it without consulting your gynecologist.
but as you are feeling engorgement ,try warm compress.
or take warm water bath to get relief in pain.
you can express some milk through hands or using breastpump. like Babyhug electric breastpump.
and if a pain is unbearable,you must consult your gynecologist.
