hii.. my baby is 1 year old how much meal i can give him.. and in the evening and night what should i feed to my baby.

A. Hello mom One year old child can be normally given three mean meals and two snacks in between your feed it depends on how well he’s got used to the solids it should be filling enough so you can give normal porridge made of ragi or wheat Dalia or bajra etc or rice or roti dal , soup would be helpful
