Hii, My baby girl is 7 1/2months old and she is teething. she poops 4-5 times in a day, not sure but because of this she got rashes. It is not painful but that area is reddish and swelling along with mild itching from last 2 days. What to do?

A. hlo mam please consult a pediatrician for this as he or she will be able to guide you better after checking your baby properly for any infection or some other problem.
