hii my baby always has too much gas and doesn't want to eat in the entire morning and afternoon..only night little bit he ll eat.what can i do?

A. you need to give a physical activity tummy time and gastica drops can be given if your baby is having gaseous discomfort and keep your baby well hydrated. . .
