At every point of time, you must take care that the child’s intake is appropriate. There should be at least one serving of fruit and two serving of vegetables along with enough of proteins.

Also give ajwain ark to the baby. Please give eggs and chicken to the baby. Also give chicken soup to the baby. Please give banana shake and ragi porrige to the baby. Please give lots of green vegetables and dairy products and soaked almonds to the baby on daily basis. Please limit soda and juices and high fat foods like chips or biscuits or cakes etc.
