Hii My 5 year baby boy has constipation I showed in medical they gave syrups when he take that it will be fine as I stopped the medicine it (constipation) continued again ....Is there any other solution plzzzz suggest .

A. hi parent please keep your child well hydrated please give more liquid diet please include natural probiotics in your child daily diet like fresh curd buttermilk lassi etc please avoid maida items and packaged food
