Hii..my 4 yo kid is having throat infection (heavy voice)..nothing more than that from 8 days..one day he is fine and other day again the same problem.i make him gargle with salt water applying vicks and also giving steam every day..its not working properly .what should I do..is this the effect of sleeping in ac room

A sore throat caused by a virus resolves on its own. Strep throat (streptococcal infection), a less common type of sore throat caused by bacteria, requires treatment with antibiotics to prevent complications.
