hii my 3 yrs old daughter is crying while passing urine ... scratching her vaginal area again n again n very irritated also.. could it be UTI??? no fever as of now.. what treatment can u suggest

It Could be but without proper check up you did you cannot tell you that it is just a normal infection or it could be a UTI so you better get it assessed with your paediatrician because after checkup only you can be more sure about it and accordingly the treatment can be star
