Hii my 2nd half year old son is having irritation and a whitw layer surround his eyeballs... What it is? Is it harmful? Last month he had conjunctivitis in his eye.. Now he's fine his Dr prescribed 2 medicine for tht... Bt now I cn see a white kind of layer surrounding his eyeballs
