hii My 10 months old nephew fallen from the bed on back side of head, in this case what to do, is this serious?

A. Hai good evening !! If baby is active as usual with no fainting,drowsy /more sleeping than usual days /vomiting then ok. Due to hitting head bump,swelling is normal apply coconut oil,ice pack helps in reducing swelling. But vomiting,fainting,drowsyness after falling are bit serious immediately check with Doctor.
