hii moms my three month old sleep well at night if I swaddled her every time... if I not.. she used to wake up again and again.... only small naps she takes without swaddled... how can I bring her to this practice... any suggestions..

A. Swaddling is very good actually and if your child is comfortable you can do it till the age of six months but automatically after 4 to 5 months if your child will start to roll over the child is going to get over the habit on its own it’s not a big problem that you need to be worried about
