Q.

Hii moms...I have delivered a baby 23 days back via normal delivery and breastfeeding my baby since then...when he was born doctor took him to NICU as he lacked oxygen...he came home with us after two days and then he had jaundiced...again after 3-4 days his naval got infected somehow and doctors medicated him antibiotics and now he has cold cough and nose congestion...I don't know to share this or not but am I the only mom going through this or this can be labelled as normal newborn issues. When I was 7 month pregnant I had dengue and was on medication for almost a month...his birth weight was only 2.4 kg..is his health issues are due to mine one?...why is my baby suffering on daily basis for even basic Survival?...I don't know how to tackle this... I just don't want to see him like this every day...why can't he be like other growing babies healthy and normal

A. Having jaundice is completely normal having issues in umbilical area like sometimes hernia and all and infection is common but he has lack of oxygen is a little of the edge it happens with kids I’m not denying that but most commonly not heard this way as you are mentioning the other two issues usually are common to be seen and it happens sometimes in the initial stage sometimes kids face little bit of difficulty with growing the child is going to be good with regular good feeding diet and taking good care of child we just overthinking I believe
