A. Breast pain without a lump or discharge is often not a sign of something serious. It can happen because of a blocked milk duct, an improper breastfeeding position, or strain in the chest muscles. Try feeding from the affected breast first, wear a well-fitting supportive bra, and gently massage the area while feeding. If the pain continues for more than a week, becomes severe, or you notice redness, swelling, fever, or a new lump, consult a breast specialist or gynaecologist for a proper examination. Take care and hope you feel better soon.🌼

A. Don't worry too much.Breast pain during breastfeeding can happen even without a lump. It may be due to a blocked milk duct, engorgement, or muscle strain. Follow your doctor's advice, use a warm compress before feeding and a cold pack after feeding if it helps. If the pain gets worse or you notice redness, fever, a lump, or nipple discharge, visit your doctor again. Hope you feel better soon. ❤️

A. Ma’am it could be associated with the nerve visit is extremely unhealthy that you are still feeding your child at the age of four it is not at all good and probably the body is giving up because of the feeding also that’s why you’re having breast pain it could be associated with nerve you have to check with your doctor and please stop breastfeeding your child
