Hii meri beti 7 month 20 days ki hogayi mai ose kis time pe kya kya khliau ar kitna khilau pls suggest me..aur sath me breast feeding b kb kitna karana h

You should give proper three meals of breakfast lunch and dinner fruits one time so rest of the times you can give milk about three or five times in the day so you can give the rice water porridge Khichdi you can give varieties of fruits and vegetables purée you can give food made out of Suji ragi and oats and good amount of water and dairy products should be given
