hii mere delivery hogai aur mera stomach Jo hai bada hai under hi nai jara my try Karu phir bhi nai jara aap bolo kya karna hai pait kaise normal karna chahiye???

A. exercising is the only way to reduce belly fat . start with daily walking and then followed by exercising mild . after few days have regular . do not reduce your diet intake

Mami after you deliver the child the stomach does not go inside automatically when you use a belt just keeps it in the place so that it does not become hanging but now if you’re not a breastfeeding mom or anything I would recommend you to go ahead with a proper workout and diet which is what is going to be helpful in introducing your weight
