AbhayaMom of a 15 yr 10 m old boy4 years agoA. Hi mom Weight is on the higher side. Avoid giving packed food, high calorie food like sugary bakery junk and oily food. Indulge in some physical activity like running, cycling, playing in the park. Avoid extra munching during the day.
