hii mam..when to start A to Z multivitamin syrup for new born baby..bcz our pediatrician suggest this syrup to our 20 days old newborn

You can start giving it after a week of birth you can start giving multivitamin and vitamin D which is mandatory to be given to the child for initial one year of birth and that’s actually very good for first 6 months the dose is going to be five drops and after that it’s going to be 10 drops
