Q.

hii mam, pls let me know what can be the inbetween duration for pumping milk...im getting very low supply of milk since i got delivered 3 and hlf mnth bafore.

A. mrng dctr. she is premature baby...so as per dctr advise still complete drct feeding is not permitted

A. it is better to feed the baby directly from breast to have proper milk supply if there is any latching problem better to consult your doctor for advice in this regard

A. Hello dear parent! Include seasonal fruits and vegetables, green leafy vegetables, nuts, dry fruits and dairy in the diet. Eat a well balanced healthy diet and keep yourself hydrated all through the day while breastfeeding your baby. Give a gap of 2 hours between feeds. Speak to your doctor for further advice.
