hii mam..my son poop after 8-10 days. what to do?

A. If your 7-month-old son is passing stool only every 8 to 10 days, it could be a sign of constipation, especially if the stool is hard or he seems uncomfortable. At this age, babies usually poop more frequently, especially if they’re on solids. Make sure he’s getting enough fluids—offer small sips of water and continue breast milk or formula. Include fiber-rich foods like pureed prunes, pears, or apples if he’s eating solids. Gently massaging his tummy and doing leg cycling exercises can also help. If the stool is very hard, painful, or if there’s blood, consult your pediatrician for proper evaluation and treatment.
