Hii mam My baby 5 months old but she is loss the weight but she is still very active and healthy i gave the formula milk also plss give me any suggestion and my breastfeeding milk also not coming much more pls give me the any suggestion

A. If. If your child is losing weight then there has to be some issue because you’re already giving formula milk so your child should be gaining weight but if your child is losing weight even after having proper milk then it’s better to have an assessment with the doctor
